For Ebony Bloomfield, founding Blooming Hearts Outreach & Independent Living isn’t a job — it’s a mission born from faith, compassion, and the desire to see lives transformed.

With a background in Sociology and a lifelong heart for service, Ebony has always been drawn to helping others find their purpose and see their true worth. She believes that everyone deserves a second chance — a moment of grace, a caring voice, and a safe place to grow.

Her passion for youth, single parents, and families in crisis comes from a deep understanding of what it means to face challenges and still rise with faith. Through prayer, perseverance, and compassion, she turned her personal experiences into a mission to help others heal and rebuild.

“Blooming Hearts was created to remind people that no matter how broken life feels, God still has a plan. Sometimes all we need is someone who believes in us long enough to see our own strength.”

Ebony calls those who support and uplift others “destiny helpers” — people who show up at just the right moment to make a difference. She sees Blooming Hearts as a community of destiny helpers, joined by one purpose: to reflect God’s love through action.

Her leadership style is nurturing and faith-driven, emphasizing grace, growth, and unity. Ebony’s vision is to see every youth, parent, and individual who comes through Blooming Hearts walk away with renewed hope and the belief that they are loved, chosen, and capable of fulfilling their destiny.
